The Importance of Sleep

I think as we get older we tend to have less sleep and this could be due to our busy life’s whether you have a family or just a busy social life so lots of partying.

It has been proven that sleep is essential and can have an incredible positive effect on your overall health. Those who suffer from sleeping disorders or get lack of sleep usually find them self’s venerable to illnesses and health problems.

I have listed a few reasons why you should consider sleep as important;
