Self improvement can involve many things and sometimes we do this without even noticing a few months ago i was training with my football team and we was doing circuit training the majority of this involved press ups and sit ups and with not training for a few weeks found it difficult to keep up with the rest.

The other day the circuit training came around again meaning more physical activities and without noticing i was completing the activities and not struggling as i did the previous week to me this was a big self improvement and one i was pleased with.
